For each selected object there is a context menu.
Bring up the Context Menu by selecting the object (for example, left click on an item in a list) and then clicking on the right mouse button (the xxx mouse button, the xxx button).
Each object's context menu is different. Many have nolabel at the top, but some have a very specific label. (To see a context menu with a very specific label, select a method within a Browser and bring up the context menu.)
Two really important context menus are:
the context menu you get when you highlight a piece of code. This includes (among other options) the ability to exectute or do the code.
the context menu you get when you select a method within a Browser. This includes (among other options) the ability to save (compile) your changes to the code.
