I'm a bit of a language maven, and have toyed with Smalltalk since the mid 1980's. Though I use Java and Ruby (http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/index.html) for most of the development I do nowadays, I always come back to Smalltalk (specifically, Squeak) for a refreshing viewpoint and a bit of excitement. Actually, that's why I like Ruby so much: it's Smalltalk + Perl's chainsaw.
We use a Swiki (Commanche) at work for the tech group's documentation.
