Updates to SqueakWiki
Updates to the Squeak 1.31 release of PluggableWebServer and SqueakWiki: http://www.cc.gatech.edu/fac/mark.guzdial/squeak/pws/131updates.html These include:
- PrivateSwiki which provides for passwords on editing pages
- CachedSwiki which caches pages (rather than dynamically rendering them) for faster access
- Templates for having a new starting page.
