I discovered Smalltalk in 1990 in an Object Oriented programming class at UTD. I was hooked right from the start. Since then, I have worked with VisualWorks on ControlWorks (now Adventa) and with VisualAge on telecom and financial systems. I learned about Squeak from the Heartland User's Group Smalltalk sig (Kansas City).
I am so tired of hearing about that Coffee-Oriented programming language and I hope Squeak can teach it a thing or two about real OO programming. Keep up the good work!
