How to delete all projects
Last updated at 5:02 pm UTC on 16 January 2006
Let's say you want to delete all your projects in the release image so that you can start your own presentation. Actually the projects contained in the release image do not need a lot of space, however removing them empties the "jump-to-projects" menu so there is space for your own projects.
How to proceed:
- Delete the project you do not want anymore manually clicking on the delete halo of the project view morph. However they will not actually go away yet.
- Go to the project you want to keep. This project will become the topmost project.
- Open a Workspace
- Evaluate:
Project current setParent: Project current.
Smalltalk zapAllOtherProjects
This procedure actually deletes all but 2 projects in a 3.3a-4798 image.
