The cursor in Morphic is implemented with an instance of the HandMorph class. It is kept in the global variable ActiveHand.

How can I change the color of the system cursor?

Cursor is as well the name of a class with the comment:

I am a Form that is a possible appearance for a mouse cursor. My size is always 16x16, ever since the original implementation on the Alto.
