Phantasia is a tool for easy generation of visual appearance of web sites

A web programmer who do not want to learn CSS can use it.
A solution developer looking for a packaged solution can use it too.
Ideally, any person could choose as a customizable tool for choosing its own website appearance.
Including more advanced customization of CSS objects, a graphical web designer could find in Phantasia a useful tool.
