How do I use Comanche instead of Apache on RedHat9?

One possible way:

make you apache work from another port (eg. 1080, or 8080), or stop apache altogether (if you do not need apache at all) - see httpd config files (usually on redhat and derivates on /etc/httpd/conf).
make swiki work from port 80 (default web port)
