Menus

Menus can be kept up, by clicking on the upper right hand button (the push pin icon with 3.7 and latter)
If this is not done menus are dismissed once you click somewhere else.
If this is done menus can be dissmissed by clicking on the upper left hand button (the x).
Menus with lots of options have a "more..." action to get to the other parts.
