Newton Raphson interactive demo viewer

The following needs to be implemented in Dr. Geo, Geometry application, release 1806 to view
the Newton Raphson interactive demo.
1. A command (ZnXY...) which downloads http://wiki.squeak.org/squeak/1270
2. A command which extracts the text and the title 'Active Essay of the Newton-Raphson algorithm' and what is below of it.
3. A window should be opened with the text.
