UserInterfaceTheme Demo + Squeak

'Demo + Squeak' is a UserInterfaceTheme,
It is set up and thus configured when you choose 'Big fonts' in the configuration assistant.
This is what comes up when you start Squeak for the first time.
If you do not choose 'Big fonts' the demo user interface theme does not show up in the user interface theme list, though other themes do.
