This Quick Reference Guide was originally created by Andrew Greenberg, and was extensively revised by Andrew Black in May 2001 in preparation for a Tutorial at ECOOP.
The quick reference is now in two parts.
Please note that both parts are now over ten years out of date and in need of some reworking!
