At the risk of becoming branded as a heretic, I have questions as to the "englebart solution"... Is a mouse really the best device for interacting with the screen? I mean, IF WE COULD ASSUME that people would wash their hands, wouldn't touch screens eliminate a layer of cognitive processing?
