A trunk update in March 2017 makes it possible to speed up download of Monticello code files.
- Store and reuse a shared WebClient instance for each MCHttpRepository.
- TCP connections are reused.
- Disabled by default. Enable it by evaluating
[MCHttpRepository useSharedWebClientInstance: true]
