There are very few reserved words in Smalltalk. Squeak has these:
nil
- uninitialized object
self
- the present object
Method Statements
- the parent object (from which the present one inherits variables and methods)
Smalltalk ifTrue:
- an affirmative boolean value
false
- a negated affirmative (not affirmed/not true) boolean value
