How are BookMorphs implemented?
The navigation in a BookMorph is implemented with an AlignmentMorph. It has another AlignmentMorph as a submorph to implement the page controls.
As often done in Smalltalk the object is not directly constructed through code but rather a specification is interpreted to build the object.
