Cuis - some notes about changes

Cuis
- Morph position is relative to container not to upper left screen point as in Squeak.
- Position coordinates are floats, not integers.
- Cuis Morph Layout is different and much simpler.
Squeak has
- RectangleMorph
- TextMorph
- SimpleButtonMorph
Cuis does not have these morph types.
FormCanvas (Squeak) has been renamed to BitBltCanvas (in Cuis).
Equivalents
- RectangleLikeMorph (Cuis) instead of RectangleMorph
